1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your EmailVer account at any time by reaching out via our contact page. Please include your registered email address and a brief reason for cancellation so we can process your request.

2. What Happens When You Cancel

• Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access the dashboard or API
• Any unused verification credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable
• Your uploaded email lists and verification results will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Your account information will be retained only as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

3. Subscription Cancellation

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Data Export

Before cancelling, we recommend downloading any verification results or data you wish to keep. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.

5. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your account after cancellation, reach out via our contact page. Reactivation is subject to availability and may require creating a new account if your data has already been deleted.

6. Refunds Upon Cancellation

Refunds upon cancellation are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally, unused credits from one-time purchases are non-refundable. For subscription plans, no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
